TASTING
Shiny yellow colour. The nose yields aromas of honey and candied yellow fruits that are also revealed on the palate. A pleasant bitterness toward the finish balances well the sweetness of the wine.

Stony clay-limestone soil on different plots. 13 rows at the entrance to the Domaine. The grapes are picked by hand with sorting at the vine stocks toward the end of October.
