The Château Grand Seuil range offers wines produced from carefully selected plots. Red and white wines are matured in casks or tuns and have good ageing potential. They embody the soul and spirit of the Domaine.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING
The aromas of this wine are best expressed with typical Provence dishes: beef stew with olives and wine, a tender leg of lamb cooked with local herbs, braised lamb chops with thyme and garlic, rabbit with black or green olive tapenade, or aged goat or sheep cheeses.
TASTING
Pleasant mineral touch with a refined expression. Good volume on the palate, full-bodied and well-rounded. Red berries (crushed strawberries) are predominant here with subtle floral notes. Fresh and long lasting on the palate.

Terroir and soil: stony clay-limestone. Distributed plots growing at an altitude between 300 and 500 m. Philosophy: Sustainable viticulture based on observation, prevention, and awareness of the natural environmental balance.
