Vinification
The grapes are stemmed before crushing, then pressed on a pneumatic press. Maturing for more than 6 months in new French oak casks with stirring of the lees.
FOOD & WINE PAIRING
Excellent paired with a supreme of guineafowl or different cheeses such as Comté aged 36 months.
TASTING
Shiny golden colour, delicate spicy nose, reminiscent of brioche with a touch of pear. Pleasantly rich and full on the palate, enhanced by a hint of acidity. Perfect balance between white flesh fruit and woody notes.

5-7 years
Earthy
Stony clay-limestone soil. Altitude between 300 and 500 m. Sustainable viticulture based on observation, prevention, and awareness of the natural environmental balance. In the process of converting to organic viticulture.
