FOOD & WINE PAIRING
Château du Seuil rosé is ideal for aperitif served with tapas, it also pairs well with summer grilled foods or a tuna tataki with sesame seeds and candied lemon.
TASTING
Delicate pale salmon colour, shiny and limpid. The nose is floral yielding a fresh delicate bouquet reminiscent of roses. Well-balanced on the palate, refined with aromas of wild strawberries and Napoléon cherries and a long-lasting finish. Ideal serving temperature: between 8°C and 10°C.

1 to 2 years
Earthy
Stony clay-limestone soil. Altitude between 300m and 500m. Certified organic vine growing.
