Direct pressing. Initial fermentation in vats. Developing into sparkling wine (‘prise de mousse’) in the bottle. Maturing on laths for 9 months.
FOOD & WINE PAIRING
The perfect apéritif. This Grand Seuil sparkling white wine is also ideal served with a platter of Spanish or Corsican charcuterie, or with seafood, shellfish, and smoked salmon.
TASTING
Fresh nose yielding aromas of white flowers and elderberry. The mouth reveals fine bubbles and a pleasant acidity typical to Ugni blanc. Long-lasting on the palate with notes of peach and exotic fruits. Ideal serving temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
